Join us at The Table on Fridays and Saturdays and for Thanksgiving!

Mission House Ministries in Cowan is pleased to host The Table on Fridays from 5 to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays from 3 to 7 p.m.
The Table is for anyone in the community to enjoy a pleasant meal in the fellowship of others. This ministry is also a great opportunity for any local congregation, Sunday school class, youth group, or auxiliary to serve the needs of others.
The Table is located in the downstairs area of The Mission House at 106 Rogers St. in Cowan.
Please note that Thanksgiving Dinner will be served at the Table on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24th from 12 noon until 4 p.m.

Due to several illnesses among our family of churches, the Community Thanksgiving Service for 2023 had to be canceled.
However, Jacob and Pastor Cynthia Gray agreed to video record and share their special music presentation intended for that particular service. We invite you to listen and enjoy! |
December 1: Wings of Hope Christmas Dinner

The Wings of Hope Widows' Ministry of Franklin County will offer a Christmas Dinner with entertainment on Friday, December 1st, 6 p.m. in the Gym at Winchester First United Methodist Church.
Volunteers will be on hand to help anyone needing assistance from the parking lot through the entrance of the building.

December 17: Children's Christmas Program at Cowan C.P., 11 a.m.
The children's ministry at Cowan Cumberland Presbyterian Church will lead a Christmas-themed program during the 11 o'clock service. All are invited to join us for this special time together in worship. Cowan C.P. Church is located at 206 W. Cowan St.
December 17: Christmas Cantata at Cowan First Baptist, 6 p.m.

December 24: Christmas Eve Service at Cowan Fellowship Church, 5 p.m.
Cowan Fellowship Church will gather on Sunday evening, December 24th, at 5 p.m. for a Christmas Eve service. Join us for this special time in worship with lessons, music and song in a beautiful, traditional setting. Cowan Fellowship is located at 609 E. Cumberland St.
December 24: Christmas Eve Communion at Cowan C.P., 5 p.m.
Christmas Eve Communion will be served at Cowan Cumberland Presbyterian Church on December 24th between 5 and 6 p.m. This will be a come-and-go service. We invite to come inside, enjoy a moment of silence, and then come forward to be served and to join in prayer. Cowan C.P. Church is located at 206 W. Cowan St.
December 25: Christmas Service at St. Agnes' Church, 4 p.m.
The congregation at St. Agnes' will gather to celebrate The Feast of the Nativity of Our Lord on Monday evening, December 25th, at 4 p.m. This will be a traditional candle-lit mass with lessons, carols, and Holy Communion. "O come, let us adore him", and bring a friend or neighbor to join us!
Following the service all are invited into the parish hall for the Father Werlein Memorial Christmas Reception. Join us for snacks, hot cider, coffee, and a joyful time of Christian fellowship. St. Agnes' is located at 105 England St. E.
